Damaged Goods
**Eligibility:**
- Claims for damaged goods must include clear photo evidence of the damage.
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
**Process**:
1. Contact us at (dkcskin20@gmail.com), with your order number and photos of the damaged product.
2. Once approved, you will receive either a replacement product or a store voucher equal to the purchase value of the damaged item.
3. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, if applicable.
